No. Each unit ships with fully tested hardware with RAM and SSD. Technical support for setup, maintenance, or troubleshooting is available separately.
Do you provide a licenced copy of windows OS?
No. Since we are not resellers of Microsoft, we do not provide windows licences or operating systems
What is the warranty policy?
Every industrial PC includes a 1-year hardware warranty. Return the unit for inspection; after evaluation it will be repaired or replaced as needed.
What are the shipping and delivery timelines?
The lead time shown on each product page is the time we need to prepare and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, courier delivery typically takes 3–5 working days depending on your location in India.
Can you customise this product?

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free across India. There are no extra delivery charges for standard shipments within the country.
What is your return and replacement policy?
