We require full advance payment before dispatch. Orders accompanied by a valid purchase order (for B2B customers) are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
Is technical support included?
No. Each unit ships with fully tested hardware with RAM and SSD. Technical support for setup, maintenance, or troubleshooting is available separately.
Do you provide a licenced copy of windows OS?
No. Since we are not resellers of Microsoft, we do not provide windows licences or operating systems
What is the warranty policy?
Every industrial PC includes a 1-year hardware warranty. Return the unit for inspection; after evaluation it will be repaired or replaced as needed.
What are the shipping and delivery timelines?
The lead time shown on each product page is the time we need to prepare and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, courier delivery typically takes 3–5 working days depending on your location in India.
Can you customise this product?
Yes. For industrial or OEM clients, we can tailor CPU, memory, storage, and I/O configurations depending on project requirements and order volume.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free across India. There are no extra delivery charges for standard shipments within the country.
What is your return and replacement policy?
If a product is dead on arrival (DOA), we will replace it at no cost within 10 business days. We do not accept returns for other reasons. Because these units are imported and customised to order, please reach out to us with any questions before placing your order.
