What is the order process and general terms?
We require 100% advance payment before dispatch, along with a valid purchase order for B2B orders. Once payment is received, your order is processed and queued for dispatch.
Is technical support included?
No. The appliance ships with pfSense or OPNsense pre-installed and a default configuration. Installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting assistance is available separately through our service team.
What is the warranty policy?
All hardware carries a 1-year warranty. If an issue arises, ship the device back to us; after inspection we will repair it or provide a replacement depending on the diagnosis.
Are there any recurring fees or licenses?
No. pfSense and OPNsense are open source, so there are no recurring licenses or subscription fees. The listed price covers the hardware only.
Is this a suitable replacement for NGFWs like Sophos, Fortinet, or SonicWall?
No. While pfSense and OPNsense deliver enterprise-grade firewalling, routing, Multi-WAN Load-balancing, basic web filtering (using third-party software) and VPN, they do not include proprietary NGFW features such as subscription based application filtering,user/group wise web filtering policies and reporting, SSL inspection and so on.
How many users can it handle?
Capacity depends on CPU, RAM, throughput requirements, and enabled services (VPN, IDS/IPS, proxy). Our hardware configurations typically support roughly 100–5,000 users, depending on workload.

Shipping is free across India. There are no additional delivery charges for standard shipments within the country.
What is your return and replacement policy?
If a product arrives dead on arrival (DOA), we will provide a free replacement within 10 business days. We do not accept returns for any other reason. Because every unit is imported and built to order, please contact us for any clarifications before you purchase.
